Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Once an order has been shipped, I do not accept cancelations.
If you have placed a custom order, I will accept a cancelation 2 weeks after your initial request.
A customer has 7 days from the day of delivery to initiate a return. A return can be initiated by by emailing mrsplutodesigns@gmail.com or by using our Contact Us page.
Conditions of return:
- If the item is damaged, please include images of the damage when contacting us.
- When returning, Pluto's Designs will provide you with a return label for your damaged item. Please send all pieces of damaged product back.
- Once I receive the damaged item, I will credit your account.
